The terms that apply to every waste clearance and rubbish removal job we carry out across South London.

These terms and conditions apply to all waste clearance, rubbish removal and house clearance services provided by RicaRise Waste Management ("RicaRise", "we", "us"), a licensed waste carrier operating across South and South West London.
By accepting a quote, booking a collection or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation. Verbal quotes given over the phone or WhatsApp are estimates based on the information and photographs you provide.
The final price is confirmed by our team on arrival, once the waste has been assessed in person. If the volume or type of waste differs materially from what was described, we will agree a revised price with you before any work begins. You are under no obligation to proceed if you do not accept the revised quote.
Collection dates are agreed at the time of booking. While we always aim to arrive within the agreed time window, delays can occasionally occur due to traffic, loading times at previous jobs or circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any changes.
You must ensure safe and legal access to the waste at the agreed time, including parking where required. Our team will not lift waste over obstacles, through unsafe spaces, or in a way that risks damage to your property. If access is not possible, a call-out fee may apply.
Once waste is loaded onto our vehicle and the job is complete, the waste becomes our responsibility and cannot be returned.
We accept most household, garden, office and construction waste, including furniture, appliances and general junk.
We cannot collect hazardous waste (including asbestos, chemicals, paint, solvents, clinical or medical waste, batteries, gas bottles and fuel), unless specifically agreed in writing in advance. If prohibited items are found among the waste, our team will refuse those items and inform you of appropriate disposal options.
You confirm that you are the legal owner of the waste, or that you have permission to dispose of it.
Payment is due on completion of the job, unless agreed otherwise in advance. We accept bank transfer, card payments and cash. Prices quoted include all labour, loading, transport and responsible disposal fees unless stated otherwise.
You may cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge by contacting us as soon as possible before the agreed collection time. Cancellations made after our team has travelled to your address, or where access is refused on arrival, may incur a call-out fee.
We carry full public liability insurance and take care to protect your property on every job. Our team uses floor and corner protection where required. However, we cannot accept liability for pre-existing damage, for items left among waste that you asked us to remove, or for damage caused by inaccurate information about access or the nature of the job.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
As a licensed waste carrier (License No. CBDU546562), we dispose of all collected waste at licensed facilities and, wherever possible, recycle or reuse materials. We keep full records of every load and comply with all Environment Agency regulations.
